Grasim Mr. India 2002 held at the Palace Grounds, Bangalore was a 13-day event (11th February 2002 to 24th February 2002). A proud presentation of the Aditya Birla Group and sponsored by Grasim Suiting – the flagship suiting brand of the group, the gala cultural evening showcased some of the best looking men of the country along with some of the best known names in the event management / entertainment industry.

The winners of the pageant (Grasim Mr. India 2002) were:

Winner : RAGHU MUKHERJEE
Ist Runner up : JASPAL SINGH SEHGAL
2nd Runner up : SAUMIK RAO

There were few prestigious titles up for grabs, like the “Grasim Mr. India 2002” which carried a cash prize of Rs. 3,00,000. The prize money for 1st Runner up was Rs.1, 00,000 and Rs. 50,000 cash prize for 2nd Runner up. Besides the main titles, there were six sub-titles- Best Smile, Mr. Physique, Best Dressed Male, Mr. Popular, Mr. Photogenic and Best Talent. Some of these sub contests were also held at Hilton Golden Palms Resorts and Spa, Bangalore.

Not to forget our eminent judges, who added glitz and glamour to the stellar cast for the evening. Their awe-inspiring presence definitely added to the fireworks.
